Rate Structure

BASIC CHILD CARE RATE: (Includes all aspects of daily child care and meal preparation)

MOTHER’S SAVIOR: (Includes all aspects of daily child care and meal preparation, plus light housework such as laundry, dishes, room straightening, etc. Such housework shall occupy approximately 25% of the provider’s scheduled time)

OVERNIGHT CHILD CARE: (Includes any time between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. during which the provider is staying in the home with the children while parents are away)

* Flat Provider Rate: $80.00/night
* Agency Fee: $20.00/night

NON-FAMILY CHILD CARE: (Includes any children outside the immediate family of the children already receiving care from one of our providers)

* Provider Rate: $2/hour per non-family child
* Agency Fee: $1/hour per non-family child

PERMANENT PLACEMENT:

* One-time Fee: $425.00-2500.00
Summer Placement: $650.00/ After-school care (September-June): $950.00
Part-time up to 6 months (15-22 hours): $800.00
Part-time up to one year(15-22 hours): $1250.00
“In-between” (23-34 hours) up to one year: $2000.00
Full-time up to one year: $2500.00

* Any requests for services which do not fall into the permanent placement categories shall be subject to "hourly agency fees." Permanent placement fees are fully refundable up to thirty days, as well as partial refunds up to sixty days. Permanent placement fees are payable upon the nanny's start (non-payment will result in suspension of nanny services). Nanny replacements are included up to six months after the initial contract period begins and are subject to nanny availability. After six months, replacements are available at a discounted rate. Requests for refund or replacement services must be in writing and must specify the reason for such requests as well as any information that will aid in the replacement process.
