About Us
Some of the things Annie’s Nannies does
to protect your family include; a detailed, in-person
interview and background check (which consists of: complete
history checks, child care and other employment and
character references), a current and former address
profile, multiple criminal court checks within each
area of residence, and driving record checks. Beyond
the detailed qualification process, (which families
should absolutely expect from any nanny placement agency)
we strive to form lasting bonds with both our nannies
and families through our personalized level of service
and superior understanding of the dynamics of household
employment. We serve the Greater Boston Area and the
Merrimack Valley areas, including Southern New Hampshire.
The Process
The process of hiring and managing child care
providers within the home is far more involved than
other facets of employment in that it involves issues
such as compatibility, trust, shared child rearing philosophies
and personality dynamics; all of which can largely determine
the true success of the nanny-parent relationship. During
the interviewing process and beyond the point of placement,
Annie’s Nannies will work to provide the necessary

and communicative relationship between the nanny and
